The client was using a heavy, bloated Shopify theme. Page load times were 4s+ on 4G networks. Customers were abandoning carts because the checkout flow felt sluggish and untrustworthy.

02. The Solution

We went Headless. We kept Shopify for the backend (checkout/inventory) but built the frontend in Next.js.
